Please make sure you have checked out the event from your basket. You would have received an email from us confirming your registration.

Only the activities you have recorded that match an event you have entered will be counted.

If you are registered for the event, please make sure you have recorded your attempt during the specified time and dates for the specified distance.

Please make sure that you have registered with the event and that you have attempted the event after registration or same day. Any activities recorded any day before your registration will not be counted.

Please know you need to record the actual distance of your designated event as our system will not pick up your attempt if it is more than 5% over or under the run. For example, if you register for the 10K and run 10.6K the system will not pick up your run, likewise if you run under the designated distance you will not be picked up.
